For Cafés & Serious Home Machines

Subscription Repair Program

One flat monthly price instead of an unpredictable repair bill. Labor is covered, pickup and return are covered, and your machine gets serviced twice a year before anything has a chance to break.

What Your Monthly Price Covers

The big repair bill stops being your problem

A machine that breaks in the middle of a Saturday rush shouldn't come with a number you can't predict. Here's what's included, every month, no matter how many times something goes wrong.

Labor is free

However long the repair takes, you don't pay for my time — you only cover the cost of parts. The unpredictable half of a repair bill disappears.

Pickup & return is free

If the machine has to come to the workshop, I collect it and bring it back at no charge. No trip fees, no paying for a delivery window.

Full service twice a year

Every six months I service the machine at no additional cost — the same preventive work that keeps small problems from becoming expensive ones.

You're first in line

Subscribers go on my expedited service list. When your machine goes down, you're served ahead of standard calls — not waiting behind them.

Why Priority Actually Matters

Every hour your machine is down, you're losing money.

A café that can't pull espresso is losing its highest-margin product all day long. The repair bill is rarely the expensive part — the closed hours are.

That's the real reason the expedited list exists. Subscribers don't wait their turn behind a queue of standard calls, because for a working café, response time is worth more than anything else on this page.

Included Twice a Year

Real preventive service, not a quick wipe-down

Most expensive failures give warning signs months in advance — if someone actually looks for them. Twice a year, at no extra charge, I go through the machine properly:

Pricing

Your price is built around your machine — not a menu

A five-year-old two-group running two hundred shots a day and a home machine pulling three aren't the same risk, and shouldn't cost the same to cover. I look at the machine, its age, its condition, your water, and how hard you actually run it.

Then you get one flat monthly number, quoted up front, that doesn't change when something breaks.
