Most expensive failures give warning signs months in advance — if someone actually looks for them. Twice a year, at no extra charge, I go through the machine properly:

Full electrical safety testing
Backflush and descale
Internal inspection with a borescope
Component testing with a multimeter
Pressure checked and calibrated
Group gaskets and screens
Water quality tested on site
Written report of everything found

Your price is built around your machine — not a menu

A five-year-old two-group running two hundred shots a day and a home machine pulling three aren't the same risk, and shouldn't cost the same to cover. I look at the machine, its age, its condition, your water, and how hard you actually run it.

Then you get one flat monthly number, quoted up front, that doesn't change when something breaks.
