I'll tell you straight. The $125 still applies — it pays for the inspection and an honest answer, not a repair. Sometimes the honest answer is that a used or new machine is the better buy, and I'll help you find one.

For cafés, yes — the Subscription Repair Program covers labor and pickup for one flat monthly price, and puts you first in line when something goes down. If your machine is past saving, I also buy, sell and lease serviced equipment.
